All of our tarps are made in-house in Wilson, NC. NO CHINESE IMPORTS HERE!

Our standard replacement tarps for automated tarp systems finish out at 9’6” x 28’ with the flaps folded out and 8’x28’ with the flaps folded in.

Each tarp features a 9’6” x 10’ piece of vinyl reinforcement at the front of the tarp to allow for reinforcement for varying height containers.

Each tarp comes standard with a 6” sleeve at the front of the tarp for quick tarp replacement.

Tarps come standard with 9” flaps, this gives extra tarp reinforcement where the corners of the container rub the tarp if the flaps are left folded in.

12oz Black Mesh

Ideally suited for hand tarps, dump truck tarps and semi-automated tarps

• Weighs 12oz per square yard
• Comes in 61”, 84” and 96” widths off the roll, easily weldable for custom widths and lengths
• Entry level tarp material for automated tarp systems

Gatormesh

• Ideally suited for hand tarps and auto-tarpers replacement tarps
• Lightweight, weighs 7.6oz per square yard
• Comes in 144” widths off the roll and cannot be heat seamed
• Higher tear strength, puncture strength and a tighter weave than the 12oz mesh
• Stiffer than the 12oz mesh, less load conformance

Scrappie

Ideally suited for scrap metal haulers, C&D, land clearing, wherever torturous loads are present from dump trucks to auto-tarp replacement tarps. NOT recommended for semi-auto tarp systems

• Heavyweight mesh, weighs 14oz per square yard
• Comes in 144” widths off the roll and cannot be heat seamed
• Highest tear and burst strength mesh available
• High load conformance material, IE very flexible
